Urban Balance provides presentations on a variety of issues related to psychology and wellness. UB has therapists who are trained and experienced in creating and facilitating seminars and in-services. Our therapists are contracted with a variety of Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) to provide workplace wellness seminars, lunch-and-learn events, and other trainings and presentations to client companies. Critical Incident Stress Debriefings:

Urban Balance provides CISD's for schools, workplaces and organizations following a critical incident or trauma such as an injury, accident, death or robbery. Our therapists are contracted with a variety of Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) to provide CISD's for their client companies. CISD's help those impacted by the incident process their thoughts and feelings, manage the normal effects of trauma, and get connected with resources for ongoing support.
