Nancy Mitchell, LCPC

Nancy Mitchell is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and relational therapist specializing in individual, couples and family therapy. Nancy works with adults and adolescents using a client-centered approach to create a safe therapeutic environment for the treatment of mood and anxiety disorders, relationship problems, substance abuse, life transition concerns and women's issues including pregnancy and post-partum issues.  Nancy believes in the power of narrative and uses a collaborative, supportive style to guide clients in their journey towards health and balance.  Nancy earned a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from Northwestern University and was selected by Northwestern as a supervisor for therapists-in-training at The Family Institute.
