- UB's billing service will file claims to your insurance for therapy at our Evanston office.
- Located at Grove Street & Maple Street (across from the YMCA)
- Meter parking on the street as well as a public lot next to the YMCA across the street
- This suite has four professional, comfortable offices with natural sunlight and a calming and private waiting room.
- Therapists are staffed at this office from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. weekdays, and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays. Sunday sessions available upon request.
